To reach that truth, Lina turned to an unusual technique—self-hypnosis. “It helps me dive into the subconscious of the character,” she says with a playful laugh. “But that’s a conversation for another interview.”

Despite her fierce on-screen power, Lina’s real strength comes from stillness. “Balance for me comes from grounding—through nature, Pilates, meditation, or time with my son,” she shares. “Power isn’t always about pushing forward; sometimes it’s about pausing, breathing, and choosing wisely.”
Her wellness routine is simple yet sacred—mindful eating, movement, and intentional boundaries. “You have to be careful about the people and energy you let into your space,” she says. “Protecting your peace is one of the purest forms of strength.”

In her latest film, Exit Protocol, Lina explores the blurred lines between trust, betrayal, and survival. “It’s a story that questions loyalty and love in the most dangerous circumstances,” she explains. “Even in the ruthless world of assassins, humanity lingers.”
For Lina, that’s what makes the story powerful. “Being human—and vulnerable to love—is inevitable,” she reflects. “That’s what makes the danger feel real, and the emotion unforgettable.”
